kind of off topic, but i was looking at the new stuff that sils got in and i noticed raeburn's book about chris ware. if you haven't looked at it, i suggest you do. the book has some beautiful plates, and raeburn is in the minority of people who can write intelligently about comics.
also, did you put a hold on that new "marvel 1602" book by gaiman? i am third in line--grrr, arrgh!

yeah, that book is pretty cool, but i'm not really enough of a chris ware fan to get it.
ReplyDeletei have all the issues of 1602 if you want to borrow them. i was actually pretty disappointed in that series though.
