Anne of Green Gables turns 100 this year* and is generally awesome, so Christina and I are starting an AoGG book group! We're going to re-read the whole series!! The box set is on sale on Amazon for those who want to join in and can't find all their copies (like me, and mine are all in Pittsburgh anyway). Anyway, let us know if any of you would like to join in the book group fun!

Awesome!! I think we're starting in early August--should we think of a timetable? A book a month? Every two weeks? What works for you guys?
Early August works for me. Are you going to read one book at a time or all at once? Or does it matter. Either way works for me.
We're planning on reading the whole series, I guess a book at a time in some given time period? Of course book groups are way easier to organize in person, but I think this virtual one will be fun too. :)
I'm totally excited about this, and am fine with any timing you guys decide. I tried to get Jared to take me to PEI for our honeymoon, but he wouldn't go for it.

I'm in! Anne of Green Gables was my favorite book as a kid. My parents took me to PEI once as a kid, and it was an awesome trip. Early August start date sounds good. I'm up for every two weeks.

I know we're all eager to get started on this--would August 15th be too late of a start date? (Arianne and I are still working on our Harry Potter discussion group, which ends August 8th, and you're all welcome to join in that if you want--no pressure though!)
