2005 book 120

zadie smith's on beauty
hey, this book was good. it's very much set in the now, lots of post 9/11 stuff, pop culture references, etc. third book about a mixed-race family i've read in a month, but this also has all the good new england college town crapola mixed in. familes falling apart at the seams, love and death and sex--it all makes for a good story. not sure i'd give it a booker though.
thus ends my typing limit/pain threshold.

i feel like i'm developing carpal tunnel, too! we're getting old. someone told me to try using the mouse with my off hand. you can switch the buttons to make it easier, too.

no, just a little achy now and again. i will heed your advice, though--guy in my office has it, and it's just complicating his daily activities.

holy shit, you're up early!

You can switch the buttons on a mouse. Just go into the folder with the mouse and keyboard and printers and stuff and select mouse and it should have that option.

david--i actually bought a mouse that's a little more ergonomic, so i'm trying that for now. my work mouse isn't great but the keyboard is ok, at leasy! check out my few typos!

jordon--i get up at 6:15 every weekday 'cause i have to be at the library by 7:45. and definitely the splints and pain make writing almost impossible.
