Juno Dawson's The Shadow Cabinet
This is the second book in the Her Majesty's Royal Coven series, and I can't say much about the plot without spoiling the first book (plus there are a lot of characters and a lot of plot threads so it's hard to summarize anyway). Suffice it to say there's lots more witchy action and adventure this time around, as well as new threats to deal with, plus we get to know a new character and uncover some mysteries. Some plot lines are more interesting than others, some are stressful as hell, there is a lot going on! I kind of want a tv show based on this though? And I’m so intrigued by where book three will go. A-.
