yes, that's right, it's farmer's market time again.
my favorite booth is the chapel hill creamery's--no smoked mozzarella till next week, but they do have an awesome cream cheese-like cheese made with whole milk. yum.
i totally and completely agree. i am so excited that they'll have it starting next week! (some guy who was at the booth the same time i was asked them about it, and i was like, "that is my favorite cheese! i'm so glad you asked!" and we bonded.)
all of their cheeses are excellent, but the smoked mozzarella . . . it's divine. so smooth and creamy!
don't worry--you didn't wake me. :) i actually woke up on my own on the early side--the sun starts streaming into my bedroom around 7:30 and then it's jsut a matter of time before the light gets me up. :)
