TWO cupcake bakeries are opening up in Pittsburgh this weekend! Wow!
I'm surprised the Triangle doesn't have even one yet . . . and not at all surprised that there isn't one here in north Florida. Maybe if I ever win the lottery I'll start a cupcake bakery. You know, with all my spare time. :)

There's one in Raleigh, I think (but who goes to Raleigh from CH for cupcakes? I can make them myeslf!) and there is one near my folks in MI that I saw the last time I visited the old home.
I think working in a cupcake cafe might be fun (or it might be hell) but I am not an owner/manager type :-)
you sure would smell good at the end of the day, though - when we went to the Magnolia in NY, we joked that the male workers we saw must be so vanilla-scented at the end of the day that women had to be eyeing them on the subway!
