Epicurious has been posting Passover features all week, which are
collected here. I am very intrigued by the concept of matzah baklava (in the Israeli menu), but will probably stick with my delicious (and easy!) chocolate-covered matzah. It's like a candy-bar-coated piece of matzah! Yum!
